Introduction

Retention period: we retain contact requests for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and where statutory retention obligations apply, generally for up to 24 months after correspondence ends unless longer retention is required.

Cookies and session data
We use technically necessary cookies or session information to provide basic website functionality, for example form security (CSRF protection) and session management. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Web analytics with Matomo
We use Matomo for statistical analysis of website usage (analytics software operated at https://analytics.kpaktiv.de/). In particular, the following data is processed:
